The workshop strictly implements 5S standard, and all objects are placed in order. The specific contents of the 5s management standard on site include five items: sorting (SEIRI), consolidation (SEITON), cleaning (SEISO), cleaning (SEIKETSU), and literacy (SHITSUKE). 5S originated in Japan. It refers to the effective management of production factors such as personnel, machines, materials and methods on the production site. It is a unique management method of Japanese enterprises.
